Standard Terms & Conditions


1. Purchase of Goods

1.1 Minimum opening order value is £100 (excluding VAT)

 

1.2 Minimum order quantity is 6 units per item.

1.3 Backorders will not be kept.

2. New Accounts
 

2.1 New accounts requesting Net terms will be shipped upon credit approval.

 

2.2 Credit references are to be sent with order.

​

2.3 To expedite delivery, a credit card payment is recommended with the first order.

3. Freight
3.1 Delivery is free of charge to any UK mainland address for orders over £250.

For orders shipping outside the UK we can supply a quote based on your postal address and the weight & dimensions of the order or we can deliver orders over £250 to your own UK freight forwarder.

Payment of Goods
Credit Cards are accepted.

Net terms are 30 days upon approval.


Product Claims
Please refer all issues regarding mis-shipments or defective goods to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of goods.
